Our CFG Teen Program is designed to
-Introduce and drill proper techniques
-Develop strength, agility and coordination
-Improve conditioning and stamina
-Provide a foundation for improved performance in sport
-Weight lose
Who is it for?
Athletes 12-17 years of age that are mature enough to be coached in fitness methods and motivated to become better athletes.
Class Schedule
Monday 5:30pm
Tuesday 5:30pm
Thursday 5:30pm
Saturday 10am
Classes are scheduled for 55 minutes.
Membership
Unlimited Classes/Month = $150
($125/month for current CFG members)
