Close Grip Bench Press → Do Not Work Alone!
AMRAP In 12:00 Of:
5-4-3-2-1 @ 70%-75%-80%-85%-90%
*The goal is to do each set unbroken. Start out by doing five at 70% then four at 75%, etc. You should know your 1RM. Work as a unit and move quickly. It is an AMRAP! Don’t forget that. If you are solo you still work for 10:00. Rest as needed between each set.
