Goes like this:
10 Burpees, 20 Chair Dips, 30 Sit-Ups
then;
9 Burpees, 18 Chair Dips, 27 Sit-Ups
… And so on..
*Goal time: 15-20 Min.
* Add weight on your lap for dips
Then..,
Shoulders:
100 DB Lateral Raises For Time. Use a weight that you can get about 20-25 on the first set. Then chip away at 8-10 at a time. I use 15-20s usually.
Or 200 Band pull A parts
Then..,
Biceps:
3 sets:
Max Barbell Curls or DB with a 30X0 tempo. Rest 1min. After Each Set. Should be getting 15-20 Reps on the first set.
