Teams of 2
3 Rounds:
2 minutes of Assault Bike For Cals
2 minutes of Alt. DB Snatches 50/35
2 minutes of Box Jumps (20 in)
2 minutes of Toes-To-Bar
2 minutes of Burpees
1 minute Rest
Fight Gone Bad Style.
Make sure only 1 person works at a time. Your goal is to get as many reps as possible at each station.
NO REST between stations. As soon as the 2min. is up, you have to switch. No reps count past that point. Keep score today and compete with each other 🙂
