“Memorial Day Weekend Challenge”

Memorial Day has always been an important day where we remember and honor all of those who have sacrificed for our country. While this has traditionally been military, law enforcement and firefighters, this year we include all of our frontline health care workers who have given their lives.
While we can not complete the traditional “Murph” workout together physically, we are creating a new opportunity to connect and remember. Through the weekend challenge, I encourage you to come together in spirit and partake.
The weekend will kick-off Saturday morning and culminate on Monday morning with completing “Murph” on a Zoom online class 9am!!!
Three levels of difficulty are available to allow an opportunity for everyone to participate. No minimum work is required!

Advanced: 10k run
