*Break up the work however you like, but ideally each person does a round and then switch. Team up with someone of equal strength.

AMRAP 10:
20 Burpees
20 OH Lunges w/ a 55/35lb plate
*The plate can not touch the ground, so you may only transfer in the air 🙂 Break that up however you like as well.
