As the quarantine continues, so do our efforts to keep you moving and connected. Our virtual class programming will continue for the near future. Here’s what you can expect:

70 Russian Twists 1/1 rep count
60 Second Wall Sit
50 Sit-Ups
40 Lateral Lunges 1/2 rep count
30 Chair Dips
20 Mt. Climbers 1/1 rep count
10 Burpees (Only 10 ?)

*Continue the workout by going back up the ladder.
Start with 20 Mt. Climbers , 30 Chair Dips, 40 Lateral lunges, 50 sit-ups, etc……
Then..
2:00 Couch Stretch
2:00 Pigeon Stretch

OYO: 20min Run or Walk for distance
Barbell:
Back Squat: 8sets x 8reps. Rest :30 Between sets 40%-60% Load
