First off, I want to thank ALL the members who’ve been coming to the gym being super diligent about washing their hands before/during/after workouts, helping us wipe down every piece of equipment that has been touched and or used during the workouts. You guys have been awesome at making this a team effort. We have had a really enthusiastic engagement through the community about being hyper diligent about all our cleaning protocols. So, thank you very much for that.
The gym is fully stocked with plenty of Anti-bacterial wipes, Solution and over 500 rags for each member to use during workouts.
COVID 19 plan.
We are very concerned about the developing situation, and have considered all options including a temporary closure.
We believe that CFG is an important sanctuary for stress relief during these trying times, but also know that social distancing is extremely important to keep ourselves safe.
We have decided to keep doors open and keep current class schedule.
We will be implementing additional measures to maximize member distancing and minimize any risk.
Additional actions:
Each athlete will have a dedicated workout area and equipment.
We will be publishing At-Home version workouts starting Monday on the website that you can do with minimal equipment in your own space.
We are in the process of getting video guides(warm-ups, movement demos, etc.) up and running for these workouts. We will update you to find those soon.
