2018 CrossFit Open!
It is that time of year again!
The first workout of the 2018 CrossFit will be released Thursday, February 22nd.
We hope to have our biggest participation EVER this year and have as many of you as possible to join in on the fun.

Once you have registered, select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Affiliate but also be sure to select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Team.

Deadlift- 6/4/4/3/3 @ 75+%, rest 3-4m between sets *Do the first set of 6 @ 75%1RM then build the weight up on the following sets.

Superset with/KB Front rack walking lunge 20m (BOF)
