2019 CrossFit Open!
It is that time of year again!
The first workout of the 2019 CrossFit will be released Thursday, February 21st.
We hope to have our biggest participation EVER this year and have as many of you as possible to join in on the fun.

Once you have registered, select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Affiliate but also be sure to select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Team.

15 HPC 95/65. Rx+115/85
10 Burpee C2B Pull Ups
50 Double Unders/100s
Row 30/25 Cals or 400m Run
15 Wall Balls 20/14
10 Alt DB Snatches 60/40
Rest exactly 2-3 minutes between sets
*All reps unbroken.

30X0 – 10-12 Zottman Curls
10 Ring or Band Face pulls
30sec Tuck L-Hang or L-sit Hold
rest 60-90sec
