2018 CrossFit Open!
It is that time of year again!
The first workout of the 2018 CrossFit will be released Thursday, February 22nd.
We hope to have our biggest participation EVER this year and have as many of you as possible to join in on the fun.

Once you have registered, select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Affiliate but also be sure to select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Team.

As always, it is going to be a GREAT 5 weeks!
In teams of two complete the following in any order you want:
2,000 Meter Row
50 Dumbbell Thrusters 40/30
100 Burpees over the DB
150 KettleBell Swings
200 Ab Mat Sit Ups
500 Double Unders
You may skip around movements at-will but each partner must do the same number of reps for each movement (split evenly)
