2019 CrossFit Open!
It is that time of year again!
The first workout of the 2019 CrossFit will be released Thursday, February 21st.
We hope to have our biggest participation EVER this year and have as many of you as possible to join in on the fun.

Once you have registered, select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Affiliate but also be sure to select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Team.

AMRAP 10min
3 Triple Broad Jumps (3 broad jumps consecutively, rest about 10sec between, perform 3 of these)

6-8 Half Kneeling DB Arnold Press
Then..,
Clean warm-up
Then..,
20min. EMOM:
Odd: 2 Clean and Jerks
Even: 15 Wall Balls 20/14
*After 10min. switch to only 1 C+J
*Power or Squat
*Climb as needed to hit something heavy. Touch and go or singles are fine.
*Start at 50-55% range and take your time warming up. Really focus on GOOD QUALITY reps. Be Efficient!!!
