Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes ( 5sets) of:
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 3 reps @ 50%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 60%
*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 70%
*Set 4 – 3 reps @ 80%
*Set 5 – Max reps @ 90%
Then…,
15min. AMRAP:
50 Double unders
10 Wall Balls 30/20
2 Squat Cleans at 50% of 1RM or 135/95
*Every 2 Rounds add 5% to the bar.
*So it goes like this:
– Round 1 and 2 is 50%
– Round 3 and 4 is 55%
– Round 5 and 6 is 60%… and so on…
