Octoberfest Members-Only CrossFit Glendale Partner competition to be held Saturday, October 6th @9am!There will be men and women’s Rx and scaled divisions (sorry, no mixed teams). Regardless of your time and experience with us at CFG, we HIGHLY encourage all to participate. As with class, all of the workouts will be accessible regardless of skill level. If you need a partner, speak to any coach and we will can help assign you to a team.

WOD 1: Begins 9am
Every 10min. X 4 Rounds:
400m Row
400m Run
20 Pull-Ups(5-8 muscle-ups)
20 SlamBalls 30/20
20 Reverse Sit-Ups with 35/25lb plate
20 Regular Sit-Ups with 35/25lb plate
:20 Side plank each side
Rx+ = 30reps everything
*Try and go fast and get as much rest as possible. I want you to keep score and stay within 30sec of your fastest time.
