Workout 20.2
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
4 dumbbell thrusters 50/35 – 35/20
6 toes-to-bars/ Knee raises
24 double-unders
Find your rhythm and stick to that
No grinding, all reps should be smooth and consistent
Partitioning reps is OK – if this will allow you to keep the tempo consistent.
